-Payment should be completed within 3 days of auction closing. Unpaid dispute will be filed for closing auction.

Shipping

(1) All items will be shipped within 1 or 2 business days upon receipt of payment (except Holidays and Weekends). Carrier needs 1 to 5 business days to deliver the packages to you.

(2) Tracking numbers will updated on eBay after shipping out. If you do not receive one by next business day M-F, please contact us by email.

(3) All of our items are shipped out brand new. If the package appears damaged, please write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. After you receive the package, please open to check the contents and email us immediately if you find any missing or damaged parts. We will contact UPS for the damage or partial lost claim.

 (  Orders over 300usd may be Signature Required. We'll send a confirmation mail to you before arranging shipment. )

(4) If you need to revise the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours by e-mail.

(5) We only ship to the Lower 48 states, and we do not ship to FPO, APO or PO Box addresses.

(6) We offer a 15% discount for local-pick-up orders. (listing with free shipping)

(7) All items shipped are brand new. We DO NOT accept any used products back as returns.

(8) If for some reason you are not satisfied with our service or product quality, please don't hesitate to contact us after you receive the package, you can return the products to us in original package within 30 days after the delivery of your item and we will fully refund your money after we get the package!

(Note: All NON-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 10% re-stocking fee and buyer will be responsible for return shipping fee)
